What the papers say: Micah Richards dreams of playing for Arsenal

International week is upon us again, so the sports writers are consumed with any tidbit of information they can come up with about Engerland. Thankfully one international player has said something extremely positive about Arsenal and, if he gets his way, we could see Micah Richards regularly playing at Emirates Stadium one day soon.

Here’s what some of the main dailies are saying:

The Sun - Toure: We are unbeatable
Kolo Toure saw Arsenal notch up a 10th win on the bounce and roared: “It’s our destiny to win EVERY game.” Arsene Wenger’s young Gunns have started the season in such sensational style they have even eclipsed the unbeaten Invincibles from the 2003-04 season.

The Mirror - Richards: My Arsenal dream
Micah Richards has revealed he wants to play for his boyhood heroes Arsenal. The England international grew up worshipping Gooner legends Ian Wright and Patrick Vieira. And despite interest from Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United since breaking into the national team, the Manchester City defender, 19, has said his lifelong ambition is to sign for Arsene Wenger's side during his career.

The Telegraph - Micah Richards dreams of joining Arsenal
Manchester City defender Micah Richards has said he would jump at the chance of joining Arsenal in the future. Richards has been instrumental in City's best start to the season in 30 years and is on course to start England's crucial Euro 2008 qualifiers against Estonia and Russia.

The Daily Express - I'm Gunner play for Arsenal - Richards
Manchester City defender Micah Richards has revealed he hopes to play for his boyhood heroes Arsenal one day. The 19-year-old centre-half has been superb for City in their flying start to life under Sven-Goran Eriksson and he has also performed well at right-back for England.
